Who we are
ICE-PREMIUM LIMITED is an engineering, construction and maintenance company working across Abuja, Lagos, Enugu, Asaba and Port Harcourt. We carry all twelve of our disciplines in-house, which means a multi-trade project runs under one contract and one programme instead of five.
That structure removes the most common failure on a build: the gap between trades, where sequencing slips and nobody owns the interface. When the tiling meets the plumbing, both are ours.

Structural and cosmetic renovation of existing buildings — from single-room refreshes to full floor strip-outs and rebuilds.

How we work
Step 01
We inspect the building and record what is actually there — structure, services, moisture, substrate — before any figure is quoted.
Step 02
You receive a written scope, a fixed price against it, and a programme with real dates rather than a range.
Step 03
Trades run in sequence under one project lead, with zoning and out-of-hours working where the building stays occupied.
Step 04
Final inspection walked with you, snags resolved, and an as-built record handed over for your files.
