A full interior strip-out and rebuild of a 1,400 m² open-plan office floor, delivered across a phased programme so the client's team stayed operational throughout.

The client could not vacate the building. Every noisy or dust-generating activity had to be scheduled outside core business hours, and the live server room had to remain powered without interruption.
What we did about it
We split the floor into four zones and worked a rolling night programme, sealing each zone with temporary dust barriers. The server room was placed on a temporary supply before the main distribution board was replaced, so uptime was never at risk.
Outcome
Handed over on programme with zero recorded downtime for the client's operations team.
