Persistent leaks had been patched repeatedly without success. The real fault was not the sheets but the parapet detail, where water was tracking behind the flashing during driven rain.
What we did about it
Rather than simply re-covering, we opened up the parapet junction, installed a proper upstand and membrane detail, and dressed the new flashing over it. The sheet replacement then sat on a junction that could actually shed water.
Outcome
No recorded ingress through two full rainy seasons since completion.
